Possible Issues With Cell Connectors

Saw a couple issues when using cell connectors and have attached the corresponding screenshots. 1. Hiding cell connectors for the whole canvas does not appear to work 2. Cell connector not showing up for cells between cell in one frame to a cell outside of that frame
